The special ceramic material with self-lubricating effect supports simple operation. In addition, the ceramic discs have a smaller sealing surface, so that there is even less friction.

 

The optimal level of stability can be achieved through the optional use of brass for both the spindle and the outer sleeve.

Rotating the spindle moves the upper ceramic control disc to block or unblock the inlet disc openings to allow water to flow.

The angle of rotation of the spindle is limited to 1/4 or 1/2 turn by an internal metal stop. The stability of this stop prevents the wear that would otherwise occur even after many years of use.
